TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cut-off & Cancellation Policy for FIT bookings

• 7 Days cut-off – Written confirmation & 50% deposit are required. In case of cancellation, the fifty percent (50%) deposit will be forfeited.
• 3-day cut-off – Final name list & full payment is required (before the approval date).
• Cancellations made 3 days or less before the arrival date will be subject to the forfeiture of the full payment.
• For reservations received less than three (3) days or less before the arrival date, confirmation will only be made upon receipt of the final name list and full payment.
• No shows or cancellations made after confirmation (guaranteed booking) and receipt of full payment will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the full amount.
• All payments made to the hotel are non-refundable.
• Full payment is required before guests’ arrival.

Price Change

The resort serves the right to adjust the rates herein committed without notice in the event of revision in government tax, service charge, and the like or case of absolute necessity due to unforeseen circumstance which requires such in order to protect its best interest.

Payment

As a matter of policy, the Resort strictly requires pre-payment of the full booking amount before the guest may be allowed to check-in.
